These terms apply to video editing services ordered from Moonyr.

Orders and payment
Prices are shown on the Pricing page or agreed in writing (WhatsApp or email). Single clips are paid before work starts. Packages are paid at the start of each batch. Invoices are issued for every order.
Delivery
We deliver the first version within 48 hours of receiving all footage and information, unless agreed otherwise. Larger orders follow the schedule we agree with you.
Revisions
We revise each video until you are happy with it, as long as the changes stay within the original brief. A new concept, new footage or a different format counts as a new video.
Your footage and rights
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all footage, music, logos and materials you send us. You keep all rights to your content. After full payment, you own the final edited videos. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Music and stock
We use licensed or royalty-free music and stock where needed. Platform-provided sounds (for example TikTok or Instagram audio) must be added by you when posting.
Results
We guarantee the quality of the editing, not views, followers or sales, which depend on many factors outside our control.
Liability and law
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by Romanian law. Contact: [email protected].
