This policy explains what personal data Moonyr collects when you use this website or contact us, why we use it and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
- Contact details you send us: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, links to your accounts.
- Project information: the brief you write and the footage or files you share with us.
- Messages you send by WhatsApp or email.
- Basic technical data stored in your browser (your light/dark mode choice). If we add analytics, we will list it in the Cookie Policy.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and prepare a quote (legal basis: steps before a contract, at your request).
- To deliver the editing work you order (legal basis: contract).
- To send invoices and keep accounting records (legal basis: legal obligation).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted within 12 months. Project files are kept for up to 6 months after delivery, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Invoices are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only use trusted services needed to run the business, such as our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta), file transfer services you choose (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer), video hosting and our accountant. Some of these may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at [email protected]. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
